The mid-season break is over for teams in The Creative Championship as they resume action for 2024 with the TCC Cup. The calendar starts how the last ended, featuring cup fixtures between teams chasing qualification out of their group.

In Group A, top-of-the-table Gbagada takes on Imperial, with just two points separating them. Coach Adedeji’s lads will be seeking to get their first TCC Cup win of the season having drawn their last two games.

Other fixtures in Group A see Sporting Lagos host Broad City while Dino take on Dannaz. All four sides have one thing in common: They’re winless in the competition this season.

In Group B, Beyond Limits and Real Sapphire are the only sides with maximum points from the first two games. The reigning league champions, leading on goals difference, will tackle reigning cup champs, Valiant, who are still searching for the first point of their TCC campaign.

The new boys, Real Sapphire, will trade blows with Escola for a chance to go top. But they will also be wary of a side still searching for its first-ever TCC Cup goal. In the other Group B fixture, Atlantic Business will be seeking their second win in as many games when they host Iganmu. They’ve scored two goals in each of their last two cup games and will want to keep the momentum going.
