The 2023/2024 season of the Creative Championship Cup begins this week, with all 12 teams involved in the action.

This year, competing teams have been drawn into two groups of six teams each.

Reigning champions, Valiant, begin their title defense in Group B, as they take on Iganmu. Both teams will be looking to put their league form behind them – they’re yet to win a game – as they seek cup glory.

Newcomers, Escola United and Real Sapphire have also been drawn into the same group. The latter, unbeaten in the league, square off against Atlantic Business. As for the former, theirs is a much harder task as they take on the reigning champions, Beyond Limits.

Last year’s runners-up, Gbagada, drawn in Group A, open their TCC Cup campaign on the road as they take on Broad City. It’s a repeat of their MatchDay 2 fixture in the league two weeks ago, one which Broad City won.

High-flying Dino will also be in action as they take on Imperial, only a few days after trumping Coach Adedeji’s men to make it four wins out of four in the league. Also involved in midweek action is Dannaz, as they host Sporting Lagos.
