Iganmu Maintain Unbeaten Run with Win Over Broad City

Iganmu Tiger made it back-to-back wins in TCC League as they triumphed over Broad City.

Up against a Broad City side that had scored in all of its games this season, the resolve of coach Kabiru Alade’s side was put to the test as early as the 11th minute.

Agbalaka Solomon, who had been in fine scoring form, put the visitors ahead in the 11th minute, continuing their habit of popping at least one goal in every TCC League game this season.

Not to be deterred by the early goal conceded, Iganmu shook it off and pressed for an equalizer, which would eventually come in the 34th minute, through Kola Mohammed. Both sides finished off the half on par.

The second half began where the first left off. Each side pushed the other to its limits. Chances were created but weren’t converted… until Bamidele Adeleke stepped up to the plate and put the hosts in the lead.

Iganmu held on to their lead for the entirety of the game, taking giant strides into the top half of the table.
