Atlantic Business leap over Dannaz in Lagos

Two late second half-goals handed Atlantic Business a 2-0 win over Dannaz at the Legacy Pitch in Lagos in Sunday

Dannaz, who won on the opening day, suffered a loss in their last trip, came into this tie with hopes of getting back to winning ways while the God’s own team were in search of consolidation after winning their first TCC game on Matchweek two.

It was evenly balanced for large parts of the first half as both sides couldn’t find the opening goal.

After the break, both teams went for the opener as changes were made by Fatai Akande of Dannaz and his opposite number Adiro Olayinka.

In the closing quarters of the game, Uchenna Endurance grabbed the opening goal for the visitors and the Cedars were expectedly stunned. In search of the equaliser, the home side pushed forward but the visitors held firm.

Deep in stoppage time, Ifeanyi Nwachi wrapped up the game for Atlantic Business as they made it consecutive wins in the TCC League this season.
