Log-leaders, Beyond Limits, Keep Another Clean Sheet, Get 2nd Win of the Year

Beyond Limits showed no signs of slowing down in their quest to defend their TCC League title as they defeated Dino comfortably.

The first five minutes of the game was intense as both sides tried to steal the first goal of the game.

However, the visitors were unfazed by being the away side. They would make their intentions known early in the game as Muyide Olude grabbed the first goal of the game in the 16th minute.

Caught off-guard, Dino staggered through the most of the half, trying to get their own goal. However, they were met with resilience by the visitors’ sturdy defense.

Just before the end of the half, one became two as Muyideen Olude was on hand to double his side’s lead. That was his fourth goal in two games.

The second half started the same way the first ended. The hosts (still searching for a first home win since November 20th), continued to press for their first goal. But Coach Olumide’s side stood their ground, determined to keep a second consecutive clean sheet.

As the game drew to a close, and not satisfied with the two goals scored, substitute Kparobo Arierhi poked in a third to seal the win for the log leaders.With the win, they maintain their lead at the top of the table.
