Dannaz, Iganmu Share Spoils in Four-Goal Thriller

Dannaz and Iganmu Tiger faced off in the last game of match week 13 in the Creative Championship League. The match lived up to the billing with four goals coming in the second half.

It was a Lagos derby between the two sides, and as expected, a lot of determination and energy was put into the contest from the get-go. Quite a tactical battle between Fatai Akande (Dannaz) and his counterpart Alade Kabiru in the opening half of the game.

Both sides could not be separated after the first 45 minutes, but a minute after the break, the goals started to come. Dannaz went into the lead through Joshua Ampofo’s composed finish before striker Paul Aderibigbe double their advantage just two minutes later.

Not sure of what struck them, the Tigers sort for a response and they were able to get one back in the 54th minute through Patrick Wisdom. And in the final five minutes of the game, Wisdom grabbed his second of the game to complete the comeback for his side.

In the end, the stalemate left the two sides unmoved on the table as we approach the final five games of the season.
