Beyond Limits maintained their grasp on the top spot on the log with a 3-1 win over Emmydinho.
Emmydinho played at home this time around, seeking redemption after getting battered by Coach Olumide’s side on Matchweek 9.
The game started, fairly balanced, with both sides cautious, one of the other. For Emmydinho, scoring the first goal was key to building confidence. The reverse was however what happened as Morufdeen Moshood positioned himself in the right place at the right time to put Beyond Limits ahead.
Not wanting to give up on the game easily, Emmydinho defender, John Okoro, was on hand to power home the equalizer for his side in the 45th minute. While it served as a morale booster for the home side going into the second half, it was Beyond Limit who would have the final say as Emmydinho succumbed to two late goals: one by substitute Light Ezekiel in the 75th minute and Onyebuchi Obasi in the 80th minute.
