Emmydinho and Iganmu Play Out Drab Draw in TCC League Opener

The first game of the 2021/2022 TCC League season was played between two sides that finished in the bottom half of the log last season. 

Both sides had the same aim: Start the season with a win. Iganmu started the game the better side creating as many as two promising chances in the first 13 minutes of the game. During the same period, two Emmydinho players were booked, for stopping the promising play of their visitors.

The first half was one that featured only a handful of chances, with none of the sides posing any goal-scoring threats. The second started the same way as the first: few scoring opportunities, more cautions, including an Iganmu player getting sent off.

The game ended in a drab draw – the only game of the open MatchDay that failed to produce a goal.
