Beyond Limits Continue Fine Home Form with Slim Victory

An early goal was enough to help Beyond Limits secure victory against Broad City.

The reigning champions faced Broad City in a bid to continue their unbeaten start to the season. And it only took them seven minutes before they found the back of the net. Ayomide Adegboye was on hand to make the most of a corner-kick, putting the hosts in front early in the game. His Olimpico goal, an early Goal of the Season contender, separated both sides early in the game.

The rest of the half played out with little separating both sides as they cancelled each other out. Broad City, still searching for a first win of the season, attempted ramping up the pressure in the 2nd half. They however found their energy matched by a host team determined to see out the victory and remain within touching distance of the top of the table.

In the end, Ayomide’s goal was enough for Beyond Limits to secure victory, condemning Coach Kazeem Adeyemi’s team to a second defeat in three games.
