Iganmu, Escola end Season on Dour Note

Escola and Iganmu failed to find the back of the net bringing their campaign to a quiet end.

Both sides, separated by a point, went into the game with a chance to fight for all three points and not be the team that finishes the season rock-bottom. The hosts, Iganmu, had endured a two-game streak without a goal. They would make it three as they fluffed chance after chance.

Escola, on the other hand, failed to finish off their opponents when the chances came. In a maiden season littered with draws and losses, the away team managed an 11th place finish with the draw, a feat they’ll want to forget in a hurry.
