Atlantic Business, Escola United Settle for a Goalless Affair

Atlantic Business played host to Escola United at the Dipo Dina Stadium on Sunday. It was a match between two teams sharing the same stadium and none could find a way past each other as it finished goalless.

Atlantic came into this fixture on the back of an opening-day defeat to Dino, while Escola United began their TCC journey with an emphatic 3-1 win over Iganmu FC at this same ground. 

The hosts on this occasion, Atlantic Business, changed their squad a bit for this contest but they could not find a way past the defense of the visitors. Skipper of Escola, Moyosore Onikoyi, who played for Atlantic in this competition last season, could not orchestrate things as he did against Iganmu in their season opener.

Timi Destiny and Ebubechukwu Uche were booked for the home side, while Lukman Adigun(Escola United) also got into the referee’s book in the drab affair.

In the end, it finished goalless as Atlantic Business picked their first point of the season while Escola made it four points from their two games.
