Beyond Limits Cage Blue Eagles, Bag Another Three Points

Beyond Limits continued their charge towards another title with a win over Gbagada.

Both sides started slowly, one keeping the other in check and wary of conceding first. It was however the visitors who broke the deadlock in the 21st minute

The striker won his tussle with Kelechi Nwosu before tapping home from close range after a cross from the right flank. The striker proved to be a handful for the Gbagada defense as he occasionally found space to shoot behind the defense line.

For their part, the hosts struggled to contain their visitors. They were second-best for the most of the half. Their struggles were compounded in the second half as Beyond Limits got a second a minute into the half.

Ayodele Oluwashina’s run caught the Gbagada defense unawares. With only the goalkeeper to beat, the player wasted no time in increasing Beyond Limit’s lead. Segun Alfred would go on to score for Gbagada but it wasn’t enough as Coach Olumide’s boys continued their title charge.
