Valiant vs Sporting Lagos

Saturday 15th October

1PM

Legacy Pitch, National Stadium, Surulere

Valiant will host Sporting Lagos in their first-ever meeting in the Championship on Saturday.

Both sides lost their opening games of the new season last weekend and will be coming into this game with a lot on their mind.

Valiant underperformed last season after the maiden campaign where they finished second behind champions Beyond Limits. So, a lot is expected from them this term, while Sporting are just playing in the Championship for the first time.

This is a fixture that has so much in stock for those watching and followers of the Championship. So, this should be an entertaining contest.

Sixtus Elegalam (Valiant)

He played in a deep midfield role in the opening game and was excellent. He will be hoping to lead his side to a win against the debutants on Saturday.
