It’s fifth versus second in the first TCC League game of Matchweek 10.
Positions have been reversed after the Tigers laboured to a 3-2 win last weekend. In this second installment, SL will be keen to stage revenge and return to winning ways in the league, in order to stay in touch with BYL at the top of the log.
Sporting have goals in them – only Imperial have scored more goals than them in the league this season – but their inability to keep it tight at the back has caused them valuable points in the past weeks.
On the other hand, Iganmu have conceded the least amount of goals (11) among the teams in TCC League and are a difficult side to beat. One thing that could give them confidence is that Sporting have won just one of their four games played at home this season.
However, if Sporting can replicate the form they showed in TCC Cup during the week against the Tigers, it could be an easy win for Micah Bello’s side.
STAT ATTACK
Since the opening day defeat to Beyond Limits, Iganmu Tiger have conceded just a goal on the road. Water-tight
FORM
Sporting Lagos – WDDDL
Iganmu – DLWDW
PLAYER TO WATCH
Adio Ojora (Sporting Lagos)
He is the player with the most successful dribbles (17) in the TCC League and his side’s top scorer with six goals. So, Sporting Lagos will be depending heavily on his contributions in this clash.
