March in the TCC League came around with the scramble for points – to win the league title and to record a decent league finish. Central to all of these were select players who took the bull by the horns and showed up, consistently, when it mattered, for their sides throughout the month.
Here is a shortlist of some of the best players from the month of March:
- Wasiu Balogun (Gbagada): With two goals and one Man of the Match award in March, the forward was instrumental for his side as they chased Beyond Limits at the top of the table.
- Paul Jacobs (Atlantic Business): Paul’s Man of the Match award was one of the highlights of his performance in the month of March.
- Ademola Akibu (Gbagada): Asides finishing the TCC League season as the second-highest goalscorer, his goals push the Blue Eagles all the way till the end of the season.
