No Way Through as Broad City and Dino Fire Blanks

Broad City and Dino settled for a point a piece in an encounter that saw both sides

Both sides came into the game with different targets. For Broad City, it was a chance to pick their first win of the season, while Dino SC were searching for a third win on the bounce.

Despite being the visitors, Dino dominated early proceedings, with Odoh Emmanuel testing the keeper early in the game with a header. Minutes later, it was Fabian Sylvanus’ turn to register a shot on target. His attempt was however gathered easily by Emmanuel Obi who kept the visitors at bay.

The best chance of the half however fell to Broad City. A miscommunication at the back saw the ball fall to Chidubem. With the goalkeeper in No Man’s Land, an empty net was at his mercy. But his weak attempt could only find the side net as the game remained goalless.

The 2nd half was for the goalkeepers as they pulled out all stops to deny every goal attempt that came their way, forcing the game to end without a goal.
