Dino SC and Valiant settled for an entertaining 2-2 draw when both sides met on matchweek seven on Sunday.
Dino have won their last four games going into this game and were favourites to claim a win against the bottom side, however it was a different story on the day entirely.
The hosts created so much in terms of chances but they failed to make it count in opening half hour of the game and it was the visitors who would go in front two minutes later. Sanusi Maleek scored from the spot to hand his side the lead.
No further goals until play resumed after the interval. Right back Henry Azimi levelled for the Lions just six minutes in before Sixtus Elegalam restored the Brave Boys’ lead in the 67th minute.
With Valiant close to securing a second successive win of the campaign, Elijah Adekunle scored at the death to deny them that as his side managed to claim a point in the keenly contested game.
