Voracious VOE Devour Tiger for Third Win of the Campaign

VOE returned to winning ways in style as they downed Iganmu for a third win of the season.

The hosts, having endured a purple patch in recent times, started the game with confidence. Their attacking moves pressed Iganmu back into their own half as they searched for an early goal.

Their quest for a first goal spilled into the second half but they got their breakthrough anyway.

Abdulraheem Taiwo broke through the ranks and fired home to put the hosts ahead. Stunned, Iganmu pressed for an equalizer. But they found a VOE side unwilling to give in. The hosts went on to compliment their defensive display with an 84th minute goal as Adebayo Fawas’ goal put the final nail in the coffin.

The result sees Iganmu still stuck at the bottom of the log while VOE makes a giant stride toward the top half of the table.
