Founded in 2018 as VOE Foundation Academy, the best players from the FC Bayern Youth Cup (Nigeria tournament) form the foundation of the club and represent Nigeria in Germany every year. 

Now named VOE Football Academy, the club was set up to ensure their continued development and support them to transition into professional football.

They become the 15th club to play in the TCC League.
