TCCCUP25/26 PREVIEW MATCHDAY 4

26th November, 2025

Only one team registered a win at home on MatchDay 3. Will that number increase after MatchDay 4? These and many more are the questions hanging over the next round of TCC Cup games as teams continue to jostle for important points for qualification.

With four of the nine games played ending in a draw, the race for the knockout stages has been tighter in Group A. Dino SC, the only side without a draw in the group, trail leaders, VOE FA and Real Sapphire. Victory over Valiant this weekend is important if they’re to keep their hopes of qualification alive.

In the group’s other games, VOE FA and Broad City, two unbeaten sides, will lock horns, while Imperial host Real Sapphire.

Beyond Limits remain the side to beat in Group B, having won all their games in the group. They can extend their lead at the top when they face a winless Sporting Lagos in this round of games.

Dannaz will be looking to put their lacklustre league form behind them and aim for a third TCC Cup win when they host Atlantic Business. While everyone else is jostling for points in the group, Iganmu will be hoping to get things right in front of goal at Gbagada. The Tigers have only scored once in three games. If they’re to make the next round, a MatchDay 4 victory is non-negotiable.
