VOE, Dannaz Fire Blanks in Drab Draw

VOE stemmed a run of defeats by holding Dannaz to a draw at home.

Both sides entered the game on the back of defeats in the previous MatchDay. However, none of the two sides could pull away early in the game as both coaches set up cautiously.

As a result, the chances, when they came, were far and in between. While a lot of the action was in the midfield, the goalkeepers were rarely called into action. And even when they were forced into making saves, the goalies had it easy.

A quiet first half rubbed off on the second as both sides seemed happy to settle for a point apiece. They would remain inseparable until the final whistle, making it only the second goalless game of the league this season.
