Atlantic Business Secure Fourth Spot with #TCCFinalDay Win

Atlantic Business drew the curtain on their 2024/2025 TCC League season with a 2-1 win over Valiant.

Having scored seven goals in their previous two games – which they won – the visitors came into the game in high spirit, pressing for an early goal. After two failed attempts, they broke the deadlock in the 18th minute.

Ebubechukwu Uche beat the offside line to receive the ball behind the defense in a counter-attacking move. After rounding the keeper and a defender, Uche tucked the ball into an open net to put the visitors in front.

Six minutes later, Kehinde Moses doubled Atlantic’s lead with a fine strike from just inside the 18-yard area. Four minutes later, Valiant pulled one back, setting the tone for a nervy second half.

The Brave Boys were however unable to draw level as Atlantic Business kept them at bay till the final whistle. The win proved pivotal for the visitors, ensuring a Top Four finish as they rounded up their season in style.
