Dannaz Subdue Brave Boys in Rare Away Win

Dannaz picked up their second win of the season as they defeated Valiant 2-1.

The Cedars started the game in style, scoring the opener 16 minutes after kick-off. Abdulahi Usman was on hand to hit home a rebound after Samson Kolo’s save.

Valiant however drew level in the 60th minute thanks to Oluwaseun Yekin’s goal. The left-back muscled off his marker before knocking the ball beneath the keeper’s arm after a counter-attacking move.

But Dannaz would have the last say as Damilola Adebayo’s 87th minute winner broke Valiant hearts. The rare win sees Dannaz replace Valiant in 10th as they push to end the season on a high.
