Beyond Limits Score to Restore Five-Point Lead

For a fourth time in the TCC League this season, Beyond Limits scored 5+ goals, thrashing Valiant 5-0.

The log leaders, having seen their lead at the top cut down to two points, came into the game with one mission: win.

It took them 40 minutes before their first goal, but they got two before the half-time whistle.

Saka Yusuf broke the deadlock in the 40th minute after rounding the goalkeeper. Two minutes later, it was Oyeniran Peter’s turn to join the party as he doubled the hosts’ lead.

Six minutes into the 2nd half, Peter was at it again, putting Valiant to the sword with a second and extending Beyond Limits’  lead. Their comfortable win was rounded off by two more goals (Muhammed Abdullahi, 68’, Emmanuel Adeboyega, 86’) as Coach Olumide’s side restored their five-point lead at the top of the table.
