Akande, a graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering from LAUTECH, Ogbomoso, is the Technical Director of Dannaz FC (Male, Female and Academy).
He is also a former professional player who played for Nigerian topflight sides Shooting Stars and Sunshine Stars; and oversees with Tang Jong Pargal FC (Singapore) and Johor Pbt/Pg FC (Malaysia).
The coach previously worked with Ijebu United in the maiden season of the TCC League but has been with the Cedars since 2021 and he has been able to lead them to top-five finishes in both seasons.
