Beyond Limits Edge Gbagada in Tight Win

Beyond Limits extended their winning run to five in a row as they defeated Gbagada 1-0

The contest began as a tight and quiet affair, with both sides creating very little. In the 36th minute however, Beyond Limits broke the deadlock. A poor defensive clearance saw the ball fall to Musa Imrana’s feet. He fired a low shot past Blessing in goal, to the frustration of the Blue Eagles.

Gbagada’s struggles in front of goal dragged into the second half as they struggled to threaten Daniel’s goal. At the other end, the hosts pushed harder for a second goal. They were however met with a resolute Blessing whose saves kept Coach Olumide’s boys at bay.

Despite the blessing in goal, the visitors ended the game without a goal to their name, bringing their three-game unbeaten run to an abrupt end.
