Atlantic Business 4 - 1 Dino Sporting

Dino Shipwrecked in the Atlantic as They Concede Four (Again)

Atlantic Business came out on top in the battle for sixth place as they put four past Dino.

Both sides started the game evenly matched, creating chance after chance. However, it was the hosts who broke the deadlock in the 13th minute. A fine corner-kick was met by Kilani Dimeji’s bullet header which looped the ball over Friday in goal.

The hosts doubled their lead in the 20th minute as Friday Cornelius was in the right place at the right time to tap in after Friday fumbled a corner-kick.

Dino however remained relentless, pushing for their own goal each opportunity they had. They would eventually get their goal in the 35th minute, with Amos Adzuu’s low shot catching the Atlantic Business off guard. But a comeback remained impossible for Coach Godwin’s men, no thanks to their wastefulness in front of goal.

Several wasted chances after, Atlantic Business added a third. Kolawole Odulaja received the ball from the right flank before curling his shot from just outside the 18-yard area into the top right-hand corner, extending his side’s lead.

The hosts added a fourth before full-time, scoring four in a TCC League game for only the second time this season.
