As the year rolls into 2025, The Creative Championship League will continue its most electric season yet, and all eyes will be on the action as the stars of the future continue to take the world by storm. The league returns on January 9, the first work week of the year, and while all the talents are worth seeing, there are higher stake clashes that fans have circled on the calendar.
January 9 – The Return
Don’t miss the 6-game slate for any reason. Fresh legs, new year resolutions, and teams looking to turn slow campaigns around. It’s the season of football. Imperial will host Dino SC to usher in the new year, while Iganmu will host VOE. Imperial have been on a downward spiral this season and will look to turn things around, while a revitalized Blue Eagles will look to get a result at the Tech Boys.

Six of TCC’s founding members rekindle their rivalry before the end of the month, with The Clasico headlining the matchups. Who doesn’t want to see Akinyelu Olajide and Olumide Ajibolade do battle on the sideline again?
January 28th & 29th – Cup Quarter-finals
Eight teams, four scintillating matchups, there’s no better place to be at the end of the month than TCC venues for a win or go home encounter. The UEFA & CAF Champions Leagues have nothing on us.
TCC CUP SEMI FINALS (18th-19th Feb)
Valentines may be the season, but it’s also the season of heartbreaks, especially for 2 of the 4 teams left in the Cup. TCC CUP semifinals have always served up backbreakers, more of the same please?
MD17 (13th-16th Feb)
Real Sapphire vs Beyond Limits
Will Real Sapphire’s unbeaten record hold this far? This home clash with Beyond Limits is definitely one to watch. The Royals have the unenviable task of being ahead of the Sky Blue Stars going into the second half of the season. The previous 4 teams to have done that? They finished 2nd.
MD19 (27th Feb – 2nd March)
Sporting Lagos v Beyond Limits
The Tech Boys have gone cold after a hot start, but this game could have title ramifications. How about those Sky Blue Stars who get results when it matters? Yes, circle that
MD22 (20th-23rd March)
Gbagada vs Real Sapphire
The Blue Eagles could potentially decide who wins the TCC title here. A win could possibly see them, Real Sapphire or Beyond Limits take full control of the title race. TCC CUP FINAL (28th or 29th March)
